Mental health is VERY important. It is something I believe should be acknowledged. YMA will be a guide to help navigate through depression, anxiety and self-love. A safe haven for individuals. As well, as a learning center for those who want to learn more about mental health, while learning how to love yourself more. With that the goal is to be able to help others in your life that need that extra push towards mental health.
